In my yard

I am walking through my yard daily looking for new blooms, sprouted seeds, changes in the garden. I am quite excited about the garden coming along. I love this space we have created. The garden and yard are my place to unwind and connect. I look forward to sharing the growth and change in the garden this year. I have added 5 more raised beds and planted in the ground in three new spots. Here are a few pics from the yard.

Rhody Daze

We celebrated all weekend for the Rhododendron Festival. Good times for sure, motorcycles, seeing old friends, carnival rides, drinks and dinner with my girls. Making memories with the family. 

Feels like summer

We had record temperatures today. I decided to grab the boys from school early for a swim at the lake and then off to the beach. I don't regret it and it turned out to be just what we all needed. 

What Brings Me Joy

These boys of mine, the children I have the honor to mother. Bring me the greatest joys, the fullest heart, and the biggest challenges I want to take on. They are the piece that makes this life full.
