Peggy has a regular yoga class that she attends, with the same group of women. It is too hot for yoga now, so they have modified their class to yoga in the water...woga. I was grateful to be invited to attend the woga class. I had a nice and relaxing time in this cool and beautiful pool. Not only was the pool refreshing it was a treat to be surrounded by wonderful group of women, who all appreciated each other's company. It reminded me of my yoga group back at home and made me miss my girls of Mystery school and Heart Moutain Yoga.
