Apple Harvest

Apple harvest is becoming a fall tradition. I feel so lucky to have these apples growing in my parent's backyard. We pressed at least five gallons, several batches to applesauce, and a few rounds of apple crisp. I especially enjoyed the company, Jenny and her girls joined me and my boys to a day of apple harvesting. It was a dual day...Jeff and Tres got several truck loads of very nice wood that day too. Yes really a full day of fall harvesting.
