Mom's day off
I took a little hike today. I found a system of trails that I knew were there , but I had not been on yet. I am so excited to return and hike more. The day was so beautiful! I took the time solo, I love being alone. I love being with my family and friends too! But a hike alone is such a treat for me.

I just love your outdoor photos. So beautiful. I'm living in an arctic tundra right now. But I did see a new bird at my feeder for the first time the other day...a Sharp-shinned hawk attacking the birds at my feeder! Totally cool bird. The birds get me through the winter. :) Thinking of you friend.
