Spring Break 2015

Willamette Pass had snow on out way to Summer Lake Hot Springs. Pretty exciting for us!

We found a place a few miles for summer lake for the boys to take turns riding ther motorcycle.

The house we stayed In is the original homestead. 100 years old, so no wifi, no tv. Totally unplugged. It was perfect. We played cards and talked and made meals together. 

Spencer's Honor

Spencer received an award of citizenship last week. His principal introduced him at the school board meeting. He shared that Spencer is doing math at a 5th grade level and reading at a 7th grade level. He also shared a story about Spencer reporting vandalism at school. The principal shared how discreet and mature he handled the situation. Next Spencer led the meeting in the pledge if allegiance. Naturally we are so proud of him. He deserves the recognition. Afterward we celebrated by going to Craig's BBQ, playing their video games, and then Ice cream! 

Ruben

Just thinking how life changes. Ruben will be in middle school next year. Sure signs of growth are present. I'm proud of him, his passion, motivation, and hardcore approach to living life awesome!  

Weekend adventures

I had a weekend away with a few friends. Relaxed, hiked, and soaked in hot springs. It was a nice weekend getaway. I  love Belknap hotsprings!
